A word from Ngiafon:
When you go to bed, your body rests. It's as if you forgot everything you were experiencing—your body goes to sleep. When you wake up, you must be gentle while waking and be reminded of the day. Be reminded of many things. That's why in this guided meditation, I begin by reminding you that the day is breaking and that it's a wonderful day.
Good morning, my friend. It's another day breaking for you.
These aren't just words. This is a sacred acknowledgment—a spiritual technology that many have forgotten. You see, the transition from sleep to waking is not merely biological. It is dimensional. You are moving from the realm of stillness into the realm of motion, from the world of dreams into the world of doing.
In Spiriletics and Ashingne Tradition, we wake you up by reminding you that you have value in front of you. Not behind you—yesterday is gone. In front of you. This day. This moment. This opportunity.
Your Creator has given you another opportunity to express yourself, to do wonderful things. That reminder helps you understand that you have an opportunity—a full 24 hours to live how you want, given to you by your Creator.
When you begin to put value on the day, you remind yourself of the task ahead. You create focus. Whatever experiences you'll be having during the day, that reminder—the value of that day, the importance of that day—is what really matters because it's what you preoccupy your mind with first thing in the morning.
This is why we don't rush into checking phones, reading news, or jumping into action. We begin by valuing the gift we've been given.
After this reminder comes the sacred practice of release:
"Let go. Let go your body in bed. Let the stress and the pain you are dealing with go on the bed. Let the bed take it."
Why do we do this?
Because if you are not well relaxed, you will not be able to get the full breadth and depth of the day.
When you relax yourself in bed, you become conscious of self. You become aware of the body. That awareness helps you plan your day. You are still waking up—transitioning from a world that was silent into a world that will be mobile.
By relaxing the body, you give it an opportunity to sink into the new dimension that is approaching. With the dawn, you relax and let the body wake up:
Gently
Slowly
Intentionally
Taking its time—not in a hurry
You want the senses, the muscles, the tendons, the joints, and every part of your body to slowly wake up. That's why you relax it.

"Let the stress and the pain you are dealing with soak in the bed."
This is not metaphorical language—this is energetic practice. You relax yourself and dump yourself in the bed. Let the bed take the problems. Let it take the weight. Let it take any stress you have. Let the bed soak it in and help yourself slowly dissipate that pain by relaxing.
Think of the bed as an energetic sponge. Throughout the night, you've been processing the previous day. Now, before you rise, you consciously release what doesn't serve you. The bed absorbs it. The earth beneath receives it.
You are reminded during those first hours that you need to be gentle. You need to relax. You need to calm down. You need to be totally gentle and not be hard on yourself—because you will be facing a hard world out there when you step out.
Relaxing yourself gives you an opportunity to gather yourself together before you face what is out there.
By relaxing, you are tapping into energy. You will need that energy throughout the whole day. That's why those very first hours of the morning are important to:
Relax
Refresh
Recalibrate
Begin to think of what you are going to do
"Feel abundant. The energy in the morning is abundant energy. Summon that energy to you."
The early morning hours—particularly that window between 5:00 and 6:30 AM—contain concentrated life force. The world is still quiet. The collective energy field is calm. This is when you can access pure energy, undiluted by the chaos that will come later in the day.
You summon that energy by:
Acknowledging it exists - "The energy in the morning is abundant"
Claiming it for yourself - "Claim the peace. Claim the prosperity. Claim the opportunities."
Expecting to receive it - "Enjoy the expectation being presented to you at that moment"
These first 5-10 minutes of your life determine how you are going to face that day.
This is giving you energy. This is encouraging you. This is reminding you that there is a day, there is an opportunity you have. You have to engage yourself. You have to get ready to face it.

Time needed: 5-10 minutes
When: Immediately upon waking, before getting up
Step by step:
As soon as you become conscious, before opening your eyes, say internally or aloud:
"This is another day. I value this gift."
Open your eyes gently and acknowledge:
"No matter the circumstances, I have life. I appreciate my Creator for it."
Remain lying down and begin releasing:
Tell yourself: "Even if it means just 5 minutes of my day to relax, I will enjoy this moment."
Let your body weight sink completely into the mattress
Feel the bed supporting you entirely
Consciously dump your burdens:
"Let the stress go on the bed"
"Let the bed take the weight"
"Let my troubles sink in the bed"
Feel each exhale as a release
Relax in stages:
Relax your mind (let thoughts slow down)
Relax your body (let muscles release)
Relax your spirit (let go of yesterday's concerns)
Breathe and receive:
Take deep breaths
With each inhale: "I receive the energy of this day"
With each exhale: "I release what doesn't serve me"
Set your expectation:
"I expect that every experience today will benefit me, prosper me, lift me"
"This will be in accordance with my purpose on this earth"
On the surface, you're lying in bed relaxing. But energetically, you are:
Clearing yesterday's residue - Body locks form from unreleased stress. This practice prevents accumulation.
Grounding excess energy - The bed and earth beneath receive what you don't need, preventing energetic overwhelm.
Creating a clean slate - You're not carrying yesterday's pain into today's opportunities.
Establishing sovereignty - You're claiming your right to have a good day, regardless of circumstances.
Aligning with your Creator - You're acknowledging the source of your life and opportunity.
"I wake up already stressed about my to-do list"
That's exactly why this practice matters. The to-do list will be there in 10 minutes. First, gather your energy. A scattered person accomplishes less than a centered person, even with the same time available.
"I can't relax—my body is in pain"
Start where you are. Say: "Even with this pain, I can let the bed support me." The practice isn't about eliminating pain in 5 minutes—it's about changing your relationship with it.
"I feel guilty 'wasting' time lying in bed"
This is not wasting time. This is investing in your day. Would you start a journey with an empty gas tank? This fills your tank.
"My mind races—I can't calm it down"
Don't fight the thoughts. Just let them be there while you relax your body. The body relaxation will eventually calm the mind. This is why we start with the physical.
Journal or reflect on these:
What would change in my life if I truly valued each day as a sacred gift?
What am I currently carrying from yesterday that I need to let the bed take?
How would my day unfold differently if I began from a place of calm instead of chaos?
Don't try to do the entire meditation yet. Just practice this one element:
For 7 days, spend 5 minutes lying in bed after waking, consciously relaxing and letting the bed take your stress.
That's it. Just this one piece. Let it become natural before moving forward.
Remember: "You practice it over and over until it becomes part and parcel of yourself. When it becomes part and parcel of yourself, it will no longer be a 15-minute practice, it will be maybe a 3-minute practice that you will be able to add to the rest of your morning routine and wake up and go."
Let's wake together at 5:00 AM.
Until then, rest well.
